Here you’ll find a gallery of the lunches we make our children. We strive to make each meal 100% where possible. Click on an image to view what exactly we packed. The first image gives you more information regarding the containers we use.
- All these items can be found at Amazon.com or EasyLunchBoxes.com. The blue and red cones are silicone tubes with screw caps. We fill them with smoothies, freeze them overnight, and by lunch time, it has thawed out enough to squeeze and enjoy.
- Egg salad on homemade multi-grain bread with spinach and tomatoes, strawberries and blueberries, vanilla bean yogurt and chocolate chips. All ingredients organic.
- Heart shaped pb & j, heart shaped apple slices, and a heart shaped yellow pepper slice, strawberries. Yogurt smoothie in red squeeze tube and a piece of dark chocolate as a special treat! All ingredients organic.
- Tomato soup with grilled shrimp, grilled cheese with tomatoes on a bed of baby spinach and strawberries with a few chocolate chips. All ingredients organic.

- Salmon and spinach in a whole wheat wrap, applesauce, carrot and red pepper sticks, dried cranberries and coconut flakes. Laynie has a cheese stick, Liam got hummus. All ingredients organic.
- Homemade hummus, Mary’s Gone Crackers herb crackers, raw almond butter wrap in a whole wheat tortilla, carrots cut in sticks and a fruit, Greek yogurt, spinach, chia seed, coconut flake, honey smoothie! All ingredients organic.
