This is an awesome sweet, spicy, and healthy juice that could be a great breakfast pick-me-up. Simply throw all the ingredients in your juicer in the order shown below. To make things easy, you can mix the kale (or your choice of dark green), parsley, and mint in a colander and throw them all in at once.
10 – 12 oz fresh pineapple – cut into chunks
5 – 6 oz cucumber (usually half of the English variety)
1 lemon – peeled, quartered
1 large apple
2 oz ginger
1 bunch Kale, Spinach, or any dark green
1 bunch parsley
1 oz mint leaves
Makes about 16 oz.
